Visbek, 07.06.2022: The westfiber GmbH, a subsidiary of the Holzmühle Westerkamp GmbH, made it their goal to distribute a dietary fiber, which can be declared as bio and vegan, haven't has to be provided with any E-numbers and can have an positive impact on the nutriscore of every product it is used in.
This has been successfull with a Oat shell filour which has been produced in a completely innovative and patented process. Without any chemicals, without any bleach.
After a long time of development a product came up which will be available in different variations and grindings, in the near future.
With a fibre content of approximately 85% the product belongs to the peak of the competing products. It can be used in almost all sections of the food industry.
